As a professional trained in the field of hospitality, I have always been attracted by the elegance and refinement that characterize this sector. My career has allowed me to work with large hotel groups around the world, and recently, returning to my native country, I wanted to share my expertise and the secrets of the success of these multinationals.
My observation is that the culture of service is still a challenge in our countries, while customers' consumption habits have evolved and their demands have increased. It is therefore essential to offer them new service experiences.
